Stopover In Baler, Aurora

Pictures by Myself or Family members

Welcome back to our continuing our series on our family vacation and our journey through the province of Aurora. After travelling from Bulacan to Aurora over the Sierra Madre Mountains we spent one night at the beach in Baler the provincial capital. We stayed in a resort played on the beach and headed to the next day.

Baywalk Beach Resort, this is where we stayed and played in the surf and had a great meal cooked in the barbecue area (no pictures of that area as I was swimming). The sleeping areas include private and dorm style rooms. We also had a nice breakfast cooked by the staff the next morning.

The beach below the resort was glorious with wild rough waves. Our family loved playing in the water and in the sand for hours.

Perspective for me was off as I grew up on the west coast of California (backwards). The Pacific Ocean is to the east instead of west. That means this shot above is pointed south.

As we left the next morning, we said goodbye to Baler and hello to the road as we continued on our trip north to Dinalungan. Tune in soon for more blogs of our journey through this rural and stunning province.
